You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns โ
- Unused and in original packaging
- Clean, uninflated (or deflated) and unwashed
- All straps/accessories included
Not Eligible ๐ซ
- Used items (for hygiene reasons)
- Damaged due to chewing or misuse
- Returns requested after 30 days

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
How to Return ๐ฉ
- Email us at care@woefmates.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Weโll reply with return instructions.
- Package the item securely and send it back.
Return shipping costs are the customerโs responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at care@woefmates.co.za and weโll make it right ๐พ๐ค
